Our dear friend, Chef Paul (formally of C Street Bistro), has joined us as executive chef for our new restaurant, The Monterey, which will feature steak & seafood and will open its doors this summer.
Our beautiful inn is 160 years young, and its footprint is rather limited for our very big plans. Because space is at a premium, we are making some adjustments to prepare for our gala opening.
In light of this, our bakery will become a temporary test kitchen while our main kitchen in the house is being constructed. We will be offering a lunch service at the McCully House during this time and all of our baked goods will be available from our pub lounge.
