Stewarding the McCully House Legacy
Built in 1860 by Jane and John McCully, the McCully House is the oldest home in Oregon currently operating as an inn. Designated as a National Historical Landmark in recognition of its rich and storied past, our Oregon boutique hotel honors the legacy of Jane McCully, a courageous pioneer woman who saved the property from bankruptcy by turning it into a boarding school and baking hub for miners during the Gold Rush era.
Today, we are proud to continue this legacy through creating an atmosphere that connects guests to Jacksonville’s historic roots and offering heartfelt experiences that celebrate the best of our past and present. When you stay with us, you’re not just a guest at the McCully House Inn; you’re a part of our rich history. We invite you to immerse yourself in the stories and experiences that have shaped this unique property, and to create your own memories that will be cherished for years to come.
